Eligibility 

  • GED or a high school diploma
  • Must have completed paralegal studies at an accredited institution or be enrolled right now.
  • Must have completed at least half of the required course material if currently enrolled.
  • As long as they are actively pursuing a degree, interns may work throughout their program and for up to six months beyond graduation.
  • For a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks, interns are required to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
